24-Hour Prion People

I'm a comics writer and political psychologist. My comics have been published in anthologies like Popgun, Comic Book Tattoo, and 24seven, all (coincidentally) put out by Image Comics.


Tracy Williams and I collaborate on Goodbye Chains, a Western comic noir about the early days of the American labor movement and its intersectionality with the technology of the time. (Translated, it's about a Communist who blows things up.) When I draw comics, it turns out like this--which is to say, oddly.

Rantz is a good guy, help him out if you can?

I’ve always resisted doing commissions or sketches for pay. I felt like “Hey, if this person likes my work enough to want a sketch, I should do it for free to show my thanks” thinking that it was a bit of karmic return, and that maybe, just maybe, that person would pass along good things to others…
